Everyday we walk through the outdoors, in parks, gardens and streets. What do these places mean to us and how can we write about them? How do they link to our own lives, landmarks, cultures and unique view of the world? In this workshop, poet, rapper and former UK battle rap champion, Danny Carlo Pandolfi, will help you to find the words to write about your favourite spaces. This workshop is suitable for 15-18 year olds.
After the workshop, you are invited to join Being Human: Bath Hub's next event at Burdall's Yard on the same evening, 'Writing About Nature for Young Readers', 18:00-19:30. After the Writer's Talk and Q&A with Lucy English and Nicola Davies, you will have the chance to read your work from this creative writing workshop to a live audience. This is optional.
Please note: if you are under the age of 18 please ensure you have parental/ guardian consent. Your parent/ guardian will need to make the booking on your behalf.
