Paisley Promotions presents an evening of live music at Burdall’s Yard, Bath, filled with funk, jazz, ska and a hint of psychedelia. This is the ultimate technicolour evening, filled with music that fills your soul and leaves you feeling great.
Headlining the night, we have CM’s finest: Technicolour Steam Train. TST, are a ska-fusion band who burst into the South West in 2022 with an array of soul-funk grooves, 2-tone roots and a hiphop multi-genre frontman Charlie Mulford as its conductor. As a nine piece, TST has an explosion of colour to offer making the point of being "seriously unserious" and are full steam ahead to continue the chaos.
We also welcome back Funky Ducks, the funk/jazz powerhouse taking the University of Bath by storm; virtuosic playing and riveting performances will make the ducks float to the top. Quack quack!
Next up, we welcome the psychedelic Electric Kool-Aid Collective, blending fresh psychedelic sounds with a hint of funk, soul and blues rock.
Finally, we have Junk, a jazz-funk band playing all the funkiest beats for all the boogie lovers out there. Filled with both instrumental and vocal pieces, they guarantee stanky guitar riffs, twinkling keys and groovy vocals for an all around blow-your-socks-off experience.
